It never expires, it doesn't have to be the whole price of the product! It can even be just a little bit of the purchase price. It may even help them upgrade to a more premium product.

Once the gift card is purchased SEP will receive a notification of payment. Within 1-2 business days you will receive a unique code that is valued at the amount purchased and can be entered into a coupon/gift card box at check out. The amount will be deducted from the gift card and you will be notified of any remaining balances.

We are only able to refund gift cards to the original purchaser for the entire purchase amount at this time.
