When choosing a shipping method please consider that we test, match and do a large portion of our quality control to order.

We humbly request you allow 24-48 hours for order processing in addition to the shipping times listed when choosing your preferred shipping method.

All orders will be fulfilled in the order in which they are placed.

In times of unusually high sales, customers who have purchased expedited shipping will have their order processing expedited as well.

 

Shipping methods vary in delivery time but here are the ranges provided by each shipping provider.

USPS First Class: 4-7 days

USPS Priority: 3-4 days

USPS Priority Express: 1-3 days

UPS 2nd day air: 2 days

UPS Ground: 3-5 days

International times can vary depending on customs policies and processing times at the customs facilities. USPS International is not required to track once it has passed customs in the US. We highly advise purchasing sooner than later when purchasing USPS Internationally for that reason. UPS is able to track to the door/destination for most countries unless advised on their site. Here are some timelines which you can expect:

USPS International First Class: 7-14 days (Tracking is not required by USPS)

USPS Priority: 5-7 days

USPS Priority Express: 4-7 days

UPS Worldwide Expedited: 2-7 days

UPS Worldwide: 7-14 days

SEP is unable to gather any further information or inquire with USPS for a lost/missing package until the package has not moved for 15days at least (cited by the tracking number history on USPS.com).
